Perfect vehicle for my family's vacation to Yellowstone (and beyond). Plenty of room in the Dodge Caravan for 5 of us to be comfortable. Enterprise was great!

I've always had good experiences with Enterprise. My flight was delayed 2 hours, so I ended up getting in around 1:30 am, and the person was still smiley! There were no small cars left so I got upgraded to an SUV at no charge; not complaining! I liked how it was a short walk from the airport building to my car.

Enterprise is my regular rental agency all over the west. The variety of vehicles is more than sufficient, rates are competitive, and customer service is consistently top notch. I've also rented in Bozmean in sub-zero conditions and had a completely different experience from Kent M. I realized I needed a larger vehicle to carry a lot of work gear, went back in to the desk, and the desk agent actually found the new vehicle for me and drove it around to where my gear was! (And note, yes- Bozeman does get cold in winter....)

Arriving around midnight in -14 weather. Had to walk nearly a country mile to find my suv. When I did it was cold and didn't warm before I got to the hotel. I saw others struggling to find their rentals in that huge parking lot. Air so cold I could feel every unprotected skin section literally starting to die. Could not believe they new I was coming and the car was so far away and ambient temperature. The other thing, they really downplayed the windshield hazards. Thank you Enterprise! They were not only the best rate for a one-way 14-hour drive through 6 states in less than 24 hours, they were also the only one with a one-way car available!
