I am very disappointed in this office, their people are unprofessional, and they do not help you fix it. also they never have cars available.
The customer service was great. They just didn't have the particular size vehicle giving my size and height I needed leg room but I settled for the next available size. I also love the fact that one of the employees (John) actually came to pick me up in my rental car because I didn't have a ride to go and get the rental car from them and I dropped him back off. #Good Service
We are easy to please on some things. As long as a car moves through traffic, we're good with it. However, we are also VERY STICKY about good customer service. I've never had a problem with the Goshen Enterprise in that area. The reps are all very nice and if you have a problem, they go out of their way to help. Recently there was an issue with a vehicle and we let them know there was a problem. The crew at the Goshen Enterprise went above and beyond to make it right. They picked us up in a FILTHY, I mean extremely dirty car. It was covered with dog hair, dirty clothes, shoes and misc. sports equipment strewn about. The car they rented to me was INFESTED WITH ANTS. I was brushing ants off of me each time I rode in the car. The car was so saturated in fragrance from the Clorox wipes that it made my throat burn and it saturated my clothing and hair. The manager did a great job in helping us with our selection and rental car. We were in and out in no time. We had no vehicle issues and the manager gave us a discount on our over mileage. Definitely we use them again!
