The Bozeman Airport Enterprise is efficient and friendly. It's located right in the airport so it's quick to get to. I had to make changes to my reservation after I took the car and they could not have been more helpful! I will always rent with Enterprise.
I reserved a van 3 months in advance. Upon landing, we proceeded to stand in line for 73 minutes at the Enterprise counter. None of the other rental agents in the airport had more than 2 or 3 in line at a time, I was #22 at Enterprise. Talking to others in the line, everyone had reservations. Once we signed all our paperwork, we were informed that the vehicle was on site but not yet cleaned. We would be called up in the order we arrived to get our keys. We've used many rental car companies including some of the "cheaper" known ones, such as Dollar. Enterprise at BZN gave us an "upgrade" from a full size car, only to find out it was a very small SUV that had trouble navigating the mountains. The engine revved loudly every time we had to go up, and the second day of our trip, the check engine light came on. Had a great experience with this location. Our vehicle was waiting and ready, the counter staff were helpful and pleasant. I would use this location again without any hesitation.
