Realized when we got to Glacier National park that the wear bars on the two front tires were showing,feared a blow out the rest of the trip,check your tires before accepting any car from them!

We were NOT happy with Enterprise. We had originally made our reservation to pick up and drop off in Billings, but our flight was cancelled and we were rerouted into Bozeman. Much to our surprise, the reservation we had confirmed at a rate of $622.94 now increased to $1246.00 due to the pick up and drop off being in Billings. I will not rent with Enterprise again.

I missed my connecting flight because of bad weather so I could not arrive until the next day. The staff was very accommodating and the car was exactly what I needed. Pick-up and returns were very easy.

Very helpful and professional. I made an error in my original booking with another provider, and was unable to get a car from them. They suggested trying the Enterprise counter. They had a car, and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. The price was no higher at the counter than what I would have paid at my original provider.

Always top notch service. Originally I was going to go with Hertz to get the Delta SkyMiles, but opted against it to stick with the tried and true service of Enterprise. No hassle, had my keys in minutes and love the unlimited miles!

So yeah, I could have receieved extra miles with Delta & bonus points with Marriott by booking Hertz (partners)...but, it wasn't worth the extra cost. With Enterprise, I booked a full size rental and it was cheaper than any other sites, and of course included unlimited mileage (important in the wild that is Yellowstone). Better yet, I was provided SUV class (Ford Escape)

I was really unhappy with my first enterprise experience. First, we had to pay about a hundred dollars more than we reserved the car for online. Halfway through our drive, the "check coolant fluid" light came on, and we wasted about two hours of our trip trying to figure out what to do with an unsafe vehicle. Turns out enterprise's "24-hour" roadside service won't assist you until the locations open, around 7 am. Enterprise had the best price for our mini vacay to Montana. On arrival to Bozeman, we found the customer service to be efficient and friendly, and our vehicle was comfortable and efficient. We'll definitely use Enterprise for our trip next month to Colorado.
