I can see by reading the other reviews that it's hit and miss at this particular location. It's a smaller airport. I understand that they're not going to schedule legions of employees in case there's a line of customers waiting. In my case, my vehicle was ready, the employee at the counter was very professional and courteous, and I was out the door. Not enough staff at check in. It was the only counter with a line. A LONG line. Also It was a long walk to car with ski gear. Our SUV had low tire pressure on 1 tire for entire duration. (Tire issues seem to be a theme at this location according to other reviews). Also I did not receive a receipt even after 24 hrsafter return of vechicle. I had to follow up with them for a receipt and did not receive it for another 24 hrs! Two days to get a simple receipt? Not acceptable.

Wonderful experience renting a car at Enterprise at the Bozeman airport! Everyone SO friendly and helpful. I was worried that my flight landed too late and the counter would be closed so I called ahead and chatted with a gentleman who was assured me they would be there. When I landed, the different person working was just as kind. And the return was smooth and fast. Hertz was triple the price for the same car and customer service is meh. Avis kept putting me on hold. Go with Enterprise!

I have been renting autos and trucks for many years and always have found Enterprise to be a good source. While hunting in Montana I rented a Ford F-150....what a piece of crap (in my opinion) I had an accident in the snow and I am not sure 4-wheel was working properly. If I had my F-250 this never would have happened! However, Melissa at the Bozeman counter was just perfect when I called and told her. We have worked with the Enterprise team at the Bozeman airport for an extended period of time, primarily renting for business purposes. They have treated us extremely well and often times gone above and beyond in assisting us with finding a car during busy season. When they could, we often times enjoyed an upgrade due to the level of our business. From our experience, this is one of the best Enterprise locations we have dealt with.

I simply never rent a car if not from Enterprise, if it's an option. Their cars are top notch; they're way more flexible; and my wife can drive for no extra charge. You should too!
