The worst experience ever!!!! We reserved a rental on the 19th; confirmed the check in and all!!!! Mind you we get rentals from here all the time ! Just to get there and be turned around! I then called to see what’s going on and attempted to speak to the manager and Diamond V. assured me that she was the manager 🤦♀️! I then asked to speak to someone else only for Yasmine to tell me that they called and no answer from a 490# but yet we received texts from enterprise to the number that was given which is a 441#! Diamond was great and very efficient getting me in and out so I could get back to work!
