I have rented from this location 3 times now and all 3 times there has been issues. This time, without notifying me, they decided to give me a smaller vehicle than I rented. I rented the size I chose because of the people I needed to fit into the vehicle to go on vacation. I picked up the vehicle and it seemed small to me but I didn't think much of it until I got home and we tried putting everyone in the vehicle and there was no way we could all fit. Came to take a look at vehicles as some enterprises sell used vehicles. Just taking a look and instead of a staff introducing themselves or asking if we need help they yelled at my husband multiple times that the vehicle he was looking for was not for rent. We left instead of asking any questions just because the rude interaction.

Very good experience. Arrived a little early my rent rental was ready and waiting on me. the employee who helped me. She was very professional and knowledgeable she went over all the vehicles features with me. thank you Jasmine!
