Truly excellent in customer service & care. All employees go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. Easily my favorite location in the state.
I been a long time customer for the Wallingford branch. I'm leaving a very bad review on their staff. You bring back a car and they never release my deposit. Never pick up their phone. Do me a favor. Get your staff to do their job right. I'm beyond passed off with this company. Very rude. Is that the way you treat customers that been renting a car from your branch a very long time? Get it done right?
We just rented a mid size thru Expedia. This is my 1st rental since a disastrous rental thru SIXT (AVOID SIXT AT ALL COSTS). I was nervous after that experience, but need not have been. We showed up on our arranged day. The office was large and clean. A nice man came right over, Nico. Quick and easy. Signed a few things, did the deposit and he walked us right to the car. Enterprise is the best I’ve been dealing with them for over 10 years now the service and expertise has been the same at multiple locations highly recommended especially after that got me in a luxury rental on prom week and on a Friday 🤝
