I checked in early from out of state with a driver’s license and debit card. Flew all the way to CT for a family event. Went to the rental car site and they informed me they had a policy that didn’t allow for a debit card with an out of state license. The policy was not in the documents sent to me, and they allowed me to check in with the documents that were inconsistent with the policy. They offered no solution—just left me to find my own way to family event 60 miles away.
We've been long time renters from Enterprise whenever we needed alternative transportation, traveling for business or just getting away. Helpful staff, a good choice of dependable vehicles and fair pricing... that's been our experience with Enterprise
Picking up and return done with efficiency. Staff was very helpful and professional
Mostly efficient. Weekend manager, I am not so sure. Ask for Keanu-- he is the best. He will take care of you.
