Nico was very helpful during our car return. We’ve never had any issues at Enterprise Wallingford, but this time around the cleanliness of the rental was not quite up to the standard we know them to keep. Staff at the Wallingford enterprise after having a vehicle for two days on an insurance claim as my vehicle was being in the shop for repair for a three week turnaround they call me up and tell me that they are billing my credit card and going to call the vehicle into the police For unauthorised use. Very helpful employees, great car/suv selection. Easy process.
We just rented a mid size thru Expedia. This is my 1st rental since a disastrous rental thru SIXT (AVOID SIXT AT ALL COSTS). I was nervous after that experience, but need not have been. We showed up on our arranged day. The office was large and clean. A nice man came right over (I didn't catch his name, so I'll describe him.
