We had a reservation and they rented our car to someone else. They didn't have another so we had to go to a different location. The regional manager was supposed to call us and they never did. We ended up going to a completey different company without any problems. Also they don't take anything except a major credit card. I will not even bother with them.
Everything went seamless, picking up the vehicle and dropping it off. Great experience.
Efficient and d friendly. No hassles.
Staff was great, car was clean, can't ask for much more than that!
