Hands down the best plumber in Muncie. We have used Enterprise Plumbing for several projects now, and their team is consistently professional and on time. They have handled everything for us, including drain clean outs, leak repair, and installing new fixtures. They always go the extra mile to leave our facility clean and tidy once the job is finished. That means a lot to us.
Chad from Enterprise Plumbing has been such a great help! We needed a second opinion about our water heater that was burning an orange flame(other company plumber said the 2024 unit would need to be replaced) and Chad came out to inspect. After cleaning the assembly chamber and adjusting another part, water heater pilot light is a good blue and water is great. Wow! I had a great experience with Chad! He did excellent work, fast, efficient, and really knew what he was doing. He was also super courteous, respectful, and just an all-around great guy to work with. It’s rare to find someone that professional and easygoing at the same time. Highly recommend!
Very pleased. I had a pipe burst in my basement, and someone was out in 20 minutes. Everyone else I had called was booked a minimum of 3 days out. The men were very polite and professional. They fixed my burst pipe and even installed a line to my refrigerator for the ice maker. I will absolutely be using Enterprise for any need in the future.
Terrible customer service from their service desk employee all the way to their owner of the business. The service desk employee told me they (Enterprise) doesn't have anything to do with the warranty of the water heater that comes from Bradford. So, how could we (Enterprise) be held liable for the labor costs involved with reinstalling the new one.
