RecommendedI went to Ivy Creek a couple of weeks ago and had little to no wait. I seen Mrs. Tonya that day. I have been seeing her for over two years now. And I can honestly say she cares for her patients. Sweetest person I know.

RecommendedQuick, courteous service. We only have one negative comment. My husband had an infection. It was cultured. Treated with a broad spectrum antibiotic. Unfortunately, the culture result did not come back for over a week. The bacteria was not sensitive to this antibiotic. By that time, he had to be hospitalized and put on IV antibiotics. 😢 In retrospect, I can say urgent care is exactly that and I should have been more proactive in following up with our primary dr. Thank you, Ivy Creek.

Thank god for the one who found the diabetes in my nine year old niece, she had been to numerous Drs&specialists that never checked her for it ,all these years of suffering, Elmore community Hospital took excellent care of her&got her the help she needed. I don't know the names of these great people but intend to find out&give them a special thanks.. THANK YOU,

RecommendedIf for any reason your regular doctor is unable to see you, I highly recommend IVY CREEK. They have a wonderful staff that listens to your issues. They do not try to rush you out the door. They treat your symptoms and go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great experience. They even call the next day to see if you are feeling better. As long as it is not life threatening or dealing with prescription renewals, if my regular doctor is unable to fit me in for whatever reason, you can find me at Ivy Creek.
