I do not usually go to Urgent care places because I see my GP monthly! I was seen on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, such a great time to become ill. Everyone was so kind and so understanding that illness comes out of the blue! I will definitely remember them if I get in a tight again! Thank you, ladies, you rock!
I smashed my thumb on Saturday and went in. They were very kind, patient and quick in getting me taken care of. I highly recommend them!!!

I am an ICU nurse of 22 years. My expectations are always on the high side. I couldn't be happier with this visit. I was visiting my parents in Opp and came down sick with Bronchitis. Dr Campbell and the staff took great care of me. Minimal wait time. Thankful that the pharmacist at Rite Aid in Opp recommended them to me!!
I TRIED to visit Ivy Creek tonight, but since I was apparently one minute late (their "summertime hours" aren't posted online) the receptionist wouldn't even acknowledge me at the door. Finally after standing there in disbelief after driving TWENTY MINUTES (again, their door AND website say they close at 8) to see a doctor, the lady literally shut the light off in my face after telling me from across the lobby that they're closed and walked away. It is posted on the door; there is a poster right beside the door handles. I am sorry you are late but unfortunately people have abused us letting them in after closing. Most of my staff is there for 11 hours a day, so they are ready to go home to be with their families. Ma'am, we instituted these hours just for June and July so it is not reflected on Google. Sick child out of school can't see pediatrician so he went here. Co pay is the same as regular DR or NP for our BCBS State Employee insurance. They did the x-ray in the office and determined it was Pneumonia. 5 days of the right antibiotics with his albuterol and he was back to normal! They called to check on him later too. Correction: State Employee co pay here is $50 for visit 7.50 extra for strep test $15 extra for flu test. We later got a bill.

This place is AMAZING!!! Wonderful staff and GREAT doctors too! Went in for ear pain and the doctors were so sweet and helped me right away! I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone who lives in the Enterprise!!

I hated this place!! The doctor made me cry. If you tell the doctor you are in pain and say exactly where it is... why are you going to do everything in tort power to make sure you make it worse smh. The doctor did not "pre-cret" me for a scan which they are supposed to for my insurance so now I got a ridiculous bill that I have to pay. I walked out yelling at the doctor that night.
