I went to the clinic because they had hours outside of my work hours. Online it says they accept Aetna and even the staff said they accept Aetna; however, it is physician based and the staff did not mention that. I’ve been trying to get someone to help me on the phone since December but I get mixed answers or no answer or no call back. They do not seem to care or want to help.

The care I have received this last week was wonderful. I did not have to wait any longer then if I went to my primary doctor. The front desk was very helpful processing the insurance on a timely manner. The doctor explained the procedure not leaving out any steps. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. On in process I had a swab stuck down throat harsh. I told the lady she did not need a stomach Swab

Unfortunately the tests for Flu and Strep are uncomfortable but we wouldn't be doing our jobs if when we are swabbing your throat if we don't obtain a good sample which means getting past your tongue into your throat.
