They are the worst. My experience with Enterprise Car Sales has been frustrating. I paid $305 to have a car transferred from Enterprise in Fredericksburg Va to Newport News Va. the payment was made two weeks ago and all I get is one excuse after another as to why they haven’t transferred the car. The latest excuse is that they only have one key fob and they can’t transfer the car until they order another. Key for the car.
