Buyer beware, I purchased a Honda Ridgeline in 2013 from Casey Honda. Within 3 years the transmission has failed. When I took it back to the dealer they would not honor the warranty about drive train or should I say they did not tell me that the drive train warranty was only good up to 100,000.00 I am now stuck with a bill over $2,000.00 to repair from Casey. Those think about purchasing a Honda need to rethink their purchases.
I purchased my second, consecutive Subaru from Casey Subaru last month.. It is the Subaru Ascent. Absolutely love this SUV and cannot thank enough, the Casey Subaru team who made it happen. Starting with Will Hooper and James Burley in Sales, to Paul Clark, Clayton Moats, and Holly Rogers in Finance and Customer Service, each and together, made this experience seamless and even enjoyable. Providing a comprehensive approach, they accommodated my timelines and requests to guarantee the results that everybody wants when bu... read more
i would very much like to give mr. willie goodman a 5 star rate and review, he was attentive to the need of me needing a new vehicle, and he made it happen i can't thank him enough.p. martin.
Casey is not honorable I purchased a 2011 vehicle from them, and they switched models on me during the signing, causing me over $2500. When I got home, and discovered the switch had been made, they said I should have verified the VIN before I left the parking lot, and it was too late.
Drive the xtra distance to avoid them!! Big Memorial Day sale. Contacted dealership looking for a Jetta Sportwagen, TDI trim. After a couple back and forth phone calls "one" arrived on the truck the night before (yellow warning flag). Went and test drove the car - car sells itself ... A++ ratings on the car. Wanted to see if wife's preferred color choice was available, sales Mgr hm hawed around about how hard it was going to be, the expense to deliver, passing the additional expense on to us, yada yada yada (Yellow warning f... read more
GO ELSEWHERE I would just like to say that places like casey are the reason why car salesmen and dealerships are considered snakes and slime balls by many people. My daughter bought a $17000 car for $24000. Granted she is young and ignorant as far as car buying goes but for these people to take advantage of that is discusting. They upped the price for the car $2000, she put a downpayment of $4000 and the downpayment money disappeared. She got swindled and they saw her coming a mile away. Predators. Discusting.
mr Matt I am sharing my experience of the casey auto group in NN,Va.i visited there Chevy dealership a couplke of weeks back and now i am sure i will never go back there, the salesman by the name of Scott seemed like an amatuer but sweet talked everything, after giving all my info to the finance guy or the person that sits up in big desk in the middle of the showroom,he came back to me saying,"oh yeah we can it financed on your own by you will have a high interest rate, without a co=signer" I alre3ady knew this and was willing ... read more
Go Somewhere else! This is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered. All the paperwork was signed, we took possession of the vehicle but the owner didn't like the way the deal was setup... so they called me asked for the car back. Cm on. A deal is a deal, just because it doesn't benefit the owner doesn't mean it isn't legally binding. With that said, I am keeping the car. Pathetic that the management cannot do a deal without it getting overridden by the owner. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else that cares ab... read more
Awesome Auto Dealer My family has bought Jeeps for the past 10 years. When we have gone to Casey Auto group to purchase a vehicle the salespeople have always been very accomodating and informative. They are always willing to go that extra mile .They have an accessible dealer ship for handicapped customers.
