This company sucks! I applied and was actually interviewed for the customer service position at the call center. WOW do I ever feel sorry for the customers who have to call this place. Once again, the famous, "we'll let you know by the end of next week." Well, three weeks later and they still haven't even said a single word, sure I get the hint, but these stupid liars gave their WORD, which means nothing of course. I'm so glad that I am going to reach out to my contacts at Lithia and hopefully buy out Casey.

Buyer beware, I purchased a Honda Ridgeline in 2013 from Casey Honda. Within 3 years the transmission has failed. When I took it back to the dealer they would not honor the warranty about drive train or should I say they did not tell me that the drive train warranty was only good up to 100,000.00 I am now stuck with a bill over $2,000.00 to repair from Casey. Those think about purchasing a Honda need to rethink their purchases.

I purchased my second, consecutive Subaru from Casey Subaru last month.. It is the Subaru Ascent. Absolutely love this SUV and cannot thank enough, the Casey Subaru team who made it happen.
