I called to check if I was still an established patient at this office and when the receptionist (without checking for a file) explained that I would have to make an appointment as a new patient I expressed that I would just look for a new office. Before letting me explain that my reasoning for looking for a new office was because I now live in a different location further from the office she hung up on me. This practice overbooks patients and furthermore beware when making the appointment. I gave my insurance information and personally spoke with the doctor before booking - she said that they accepted my insurance and asked me to print home and fill out about 25 pages of new patient forms which I brought with me to the appointment. Dr. Schwartz is the BEST! After about a year of being seen by my family Dr., I was finally referred to this office for an evaluation. My voice was getting hoarse and continued to get worse. When I finally got to see a specialist, Dr. Susan Schwartz, she was able to get me in the very same day. Yes, I waited, because I didn't have an appointment as I lost my referral. ENT Voice and Sinus Center of Nevada truly made my mother's experience of having her hearing aids serviced a fantastic experience. The audiologist, Dr. Joseph Raymundo, was very experienced and knowledgeable. He talked my mother through her options and made her feel comfortable and well informed. Dr. Raymundo was extremely genuine and strives to provide care that is unparalleled. His gentle kindness was matched by the front desk. We absolutely looking forward to working with them in the future.
