If I could give this office, zero stars, I absolutely would. My child moved in with her father, from Texas to Nevada. She needed a post-op doctor as she recently had surgery. Dr. Schwartz called me, very rude and very demanding, wouldn’t let me get a word in, asking me to chase down all of my daughter‘s documents. Sure, no problem. I stated after the holidays, I would absolutely do that. This was 2 days before Thanksgiving. I called to check if I was still an established patient at this office and when the receptionist (without checking for a file) explained that I would have to make an appointment as a new patient I expressed that I would just look for a new office. Before letting me explain that my reasoning for looking for a new office was because I now live in a different location further from the office she hung up on me. This practice overbooks patients and furthermore beware when making the appointment. I gave my insurance information and personally spoke with the doctor before booking - she said that they accepted my insurance and asked me to print home and fill out about 25 pages of new patient forms which I brought with me to the appointment. Dr. Schwartz is the BEST! After about a year of being seen by my family Dr., I was finally referred to this office for an evaluation. My voice was getting hoarse and continued to get worse. When I finally got to see a specialist, Dr. Susan Schwartz, she was able to get me in the very same day. Yes, I waited, because I didn't have an appointment as I lost my referral.
