I have been vomiting due to vertigo for 3 years straight. Every single day. The mental health issues it's caused is excruciating. I went here to get ear tubes and have been asking for a while now. This place has been useless. They said that they should try to find the "reason" behind it. But they haven't. And what they really didn't understand was that I didn't have the room nor the capacity to keep up with thier endless scans & appointments. I vomit daily. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They kept throwing around their specialists. They told me I had excessive water in my ears, so throat specialist said to remove tonsils. Next visit to do that, I had a scope ran down my throat, told it wasn't necessary... They just want your money or insurance.
I saw Dr. Duncan about 3 years ago, but when I called back, they told me I was no longer in their system and would have to come in as a new patient...and that they didn't even have an opening for 7 weeks. (even if I was found in their system, the soonest they could see me was then). Also, they need to let Google know they've moved - they are now on Westgate Circle in Brentwood.
Checked in online, was called back quickly, got a CT scan and saw Dr. Duncan within a reasonable amount of time. Really liked the nurses and Dr. Duncan!
Dr Duncan has been amazing with our daughter. Highly recommend!
