Wonderful doctor and wonderful office! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shirley. He put tubes in twice for my daughter and removed her adenoids and tonsils. We could not be happier with his work!
We scheduled an appointment for a hearing screening 4 weeks out, received our confirmation email for the date and time of the appointment, even had conversations with the staff regarding the purpose of our visit over the phone. However, when we showed up the morning of our appointment, we were informed that the audiologist was at the airport on her way to Virginia and that no one was aware of our appointment, despite seeing it in their appointment calendar.
