Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Charge fees after raising payment amounts without notification. Threatened collection over$2.08 and then charged a $5.00 convience fee to pay it. Put me on hold until voicemail picked up and then when I requested a managers voicemail put me on never ending hold. They have the audacity to call their members owners. I wish they would stop. If I was an owner, I wouldn't treat my members so poorly

Business response:

Mr. Weller, We are sorry to hear about your experience at Ent. I understand that our member service area has reached out to you about this matter recently and has hopefully been able to satisfactorily address your concerns. Please let us know if that is not the case and we will reach back out to you to discuss the matter further.

I'm convinced that this institution or the young lady that assisted me has racial issues. This is my second time visiting this paticular location and what a horrible second experience. I said I wouldn't go back. But why not give them a second chance right. But I was wrong. The first experience they claimed that my address on my account didn't match my id. When I clearly was a former employee of the instiutation until I moved to CO. So not only did I once work there I also bank there so I knew my address matched. Not to menti... read more

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Teronica. We are disappointed to hear that, with regard to your banking transaction, things did not go as smoothly as we expect all of our member (and non-member, for that matter) transactions to go. More concerning are your implications that the poor service you received during your transaction was racially motivated. We take such charges very seriously as there is no place in our organization for discrimination of any kind. We have reached out to you via email for inf... read more

Complete waste of time. After being directed on the phone to open an account for my nonprofit on the website, I only found out 4 months later while trying to connect the account to Facebook to accept donations that the account I had opened was a personal account, not a business account. The call center told me I would need to make an appointment, and reviewed the Secretary of State documents establishing my nonprofit (which are public) over the phone, as well as provided the EIN . The person I spoke to told me I would need t... read more

I was called by an ENT phone number, ended up being a scammer. Stole $850 dollars from me. Oops for believing in ENT. Asked for help, they don't believe I should be reimbursed because I let my info slip. HOW DID MY INFO GET TO THE SCAMMER SO THEY COULD CONTACT ME? MAJOR ISSUES WITH SECURITY. The individual knew too much, and I believe he already had access to my personal info prior. At least ***** *****had the backbone to admit their breach and assist their customers. I SEE NO RESOLUTION AND WARN OTHER TO STAY AWAY

Business response:

Hi, Jeffrey – We’re sorry you are among the thousands of people nationwide who have been hurt by the caller ID scam. While the scammers did not get your card or personal information from Ent, they are experts at stealing bank card numbers. Skimming card numbers at store and gas pump checkouts and tapping unprotected Wi-Fi hot spots are just a few of their methods. Scammers were able to identify Ent as your credit union per your card’s first six numbers. Ent and all financial institutions are assigned and required to use a sp... read more

Ent Credit Union claims to be an equal opportunity lender but they asked me what the color of my skin was during an application for a loan. What does the color of my skin have to do with getting a loan? I do not recommend anyone using Ent Credit Union for their banking or loan needs.
