I have been a member for a decade now. I love Ent. They are so easy to work with and always helpful. We have done banking, home loans, car loans and personal loans with them and I would recommend them any day
If you're black don't bank with this credit Union. The disrespect I receive every-time pay my bill is disgusting. As many Americans I have fallen into financial trouble. But, the belittling I receive from the reps in the collections department is just horrible. It almost makes you feel less than a human to be spoken to that way. I've gotten experiences from two other African American account holders with military background and they've expressed the same thing. I cannot wait to depart from this financial institution.

Quite disappointed with ENT. They tout great rates, and "help" when you need it, in many financial forms. I've been a customer of ent for a long while,my first savings and checking acct I opened when i was what, 14 or 15 yrs old, with ent. I've had success barrowing money from them before, although before it was lent not only to myself but my wife at the time. We refinanced our house through Ent and had a great experience. They were professional and prompt. We would recommend them for refinancing and banking.
I had another bank account due to ENT not working well with some of the apps I use to pay bills or get paid and ENT cut off all transfers to and from my other bank due to reasons not connected to my personal activity. Because of this, I could not tranfer money to ENT to pay certain bills. I had told them I did not want transactions going through if funds were not sufficient several times, as it takes a whole afternoon trip now to withdraw money from my other account and deposit it at ENT and they charge $30 FOR COURTESY PAY!... read more

Poor customer service at the video drive-up. Microphones do not work and have to raise your voice so the teller and everyone else at the drive-*** can hear. No $100 bills available there. Not very good instructions on where to place your ID
I have a checking acct with ENT, as well as a business acct. Recently, I accidentally setup for funds to be automatically taken out of my checking acct on PayPal because the last four digits were so closely related to a credit card number. Nine days later PayPal notified me they couldnt pay a $3.17 purchase, which is when I realized my error. ENT business credit card is horrible! 3 entities service their cards, US Bank, Elan, and ENT. I have multiple employees with cards, and the way it is set up is one main account that has to be funded to make payments on each card separately. Theres no way to make automatic payments. I have to go in every month, figure out what the balance is on each account, manually transfer that amount to the main account, then pay each card. I called today to close my account. After 15 years banking with them I am finding another bank- they have put polices into place that they think justifies their random and unreasonable fees (aka stealing your money) and the customer service might as well be a computer because they just spit corporate jargon that still makes zero sense when you ask them to explain the random fees they charge.
