Terrible Auto and insurance depts are a scam.. Takes them 2 seconds to take money from your account And 2-4 weeks to return it Over their mistakes
Up until my recent situation Ive never minded ent. Unfortunately, ******************************* had been dealing with my process of a simple refund and has been TERRIBLE. I would not recommend getting a car loan through ENT. I have had the worst experience. I first call them and ask if I need an account through them, the answer was no. Then after we start the process and get going they tell us we need an account. I have never had to have a seller come to the bank and sign over title, normally you can do so electronically. They made the sellers drive 2 hours to come sign one document. I have not been given proper paper work to register the car. I had to call in 3 times to get someone knowledge... read more

I am furious right now. It's a Sunday night, and I'm a week away from closing on my house. Tonight I login to ent to pay my car payment of about 300 dollars. I get on there and see somehow I owe 700 dollars or something this month. I paid every month so I was like, what. I signed up for a high dividend savings and checkings account as the rate was competitive with other companies. After about than a month, without notifying me, all of my accounts were converted into a new account type with 1/10 the interest rate. I called and was notified they removed the account type I signed up for. I'm African American and I received racist treatment at Ent Credit Union. I recently attempted to enter Ent Credit Union and I was stopped by a police officer and told to remove my mask. This was inappropriate because I had not been vaccinated for Covid-19, and I am in the high-risk group. First of all, I had bought a vehicle and was two months behind on my payments. After I got caught up on my payments they put my money for my car loan into a separate savings account. So that it didn’t look like I made a payment at all and they took my car after I was all caught up! My boyfriend even handed me 4 grand cash to give to the bank and they still wouldn’t give me my car back. I owed roughly 12000 and they sold it in an auction for less than 5000.
