Most people were kind but the doctor and medical assistant were laughing about me right at my door. I was furious and embarrassed. I wanted to leave but I have had a lot of courage to check myself out. Although my hearing isn't as bad as I thought, I went home extremely sick from the test. Google said I'm supposed to let the audiologist know but she didn't leave those directions and again they laughed. Still sick in bed 20 hours later!
I saw Dr Eric Roffman today and he did a fantastic work on me.I feel better and I will recommend him to anybody The staff was nice to make the same day appt for me and I waited for less than 10 minutes to be seen.
Not a great place. They are all about quantity $$$ not quality. Not great care or much interests by the doctors.
If you need an appointment that's not on there automatic appointment list you will never get a hold of them they will never return your phone call. Finally when they are reached because you've called before work the person answering the phone will take 18 minutes to set up an appointment. I should have not said finally because the doctor that I had was very dismissive and not people-oriented I will update on the outcome. It's obamacare's fault I know that doctors have lost or desire to give a damn about people
Saw Huang. Worst bedside manner of any doctor that I've ever seen. Was directed to go to an ENT after a vertigo incident that sent me to the hospital. He questioned me as to why I was there and treated me like I was a bother to him. Went in not knowing what was going on and left just as baffled. Maybe he's just burnt out.
