Dr. Transfeldt has shown great compassion and empathy with my spinal condition. He's a true professional who take the time to examine and diagnose what might be the problem. I have complete trust and respect in his surgical skills and experience in the field of neck and spine neurosurgery.
Dr. Transfeldt took lots of time getting to know me and my condition. He listened carefully. Reviewed notes I had brought. Explained MRI and xrays in detail. Reviewed options. Was personable. I have scheduled surgery with him. I look forward to giving feedback post surgery

Doctor was great!
I could see right away that Dr Transfeldt was very observant and paid attention to everything that he saw and to what I said when he asked me a question. He wrote things down as we proceeded thru the exam. He later had the opportunity to review the info again as he capsulized what was written. To me, this was very impressive, given his long career. I’m sure that I am well taken care of.
I have been a patient of Dr Transfeldt's since 2000, when he did a laminectomy and decompression. He is spectacular in his skills as as a surgeon, but his ability to communicate with patients is wonderful as well. Now, with new back issues at an older age, I am so grateful to have him available again.
