Very Unique! – I always have the greatest time getting my nails dolled up here. Whatever mood I'm in either to relax I could fall asleep in the chairs or partying mood having drinks with my friends it's always great! I've been to places all over Austin and I do mean ALL OVER and I'm happy to say that I found my new nail salon without a doubt.
My new solar nails are AWESOME – I've been to so many places in town to get my solar nails done and I have to say this is bar none the best solar nails I've ever had. And the fact that they stand behind their work is awesome to me. I feel confident in the fact that I paid for quality service. You should check it out!
A Great Nail Experience – I live in Hyde Park so when one of my friends told me that Crystal Nails was a great nail place, I knew I had to try it. I had seen the sign, but really hadn't ever gone in. After her recommendation, I tried it one Friday after work and I was SO PLEASED. I love this place! – I love how upbeat and accommodating it is here. The place is spotless and since they're opened 7 days it couldn't be anymore convenient for me. This is definitely my new stop. Highly recommended!
They gave me an ingrown toenail! – I went after seeing all of the positive recommendations and the place looked rundown and not what I expected. But I figured, maybe they'll still do a good job on my toes. I told the woman not to cut them too short but she completely butchered them so that I now have an ingrown toenail. Their nail technicians are not nearly as experienced as the other salons I've gone to. I also had polish all over my toes that they had to keep cleaning up with nail polish remover. Ugh! Best, best nail salon and spa in Austin – I have been a client of Crystal Nails since the opening. It is an amazing place to relax, listen to tunes, have a glass of wine and leave feeling so refreshed from the awesome friendly staff. I have had pedicures before but Tiffany will have you so relaxed you want to stay in the massage chair. The owner (Andy) is the best...his nails beat out any other nail technician. great place – I love the manicurist they really speak English, no joke. I had no trouble explaining anything to them, I told them how I was really picky and I like everything perfect? they gave me perfect service. I am very happy about what I received at Crystal Nails everyone is friendly and it?s a great environment.
Completely Wonderful – I went to Crystal Nails not too long ago, and it was just a wonderful experience. I wish I discovered this place sooner...I would have probably been happier coming here and than going to my other place. The nail techs were so professional and kind, and decor of the salon was like no other. I will definitely return!
