Sleek, urban, totally a great hidden find – This place is definitely progressive and well put together. The outside is less than pleasing but it's just amazing what they've managed to do with the interior. Nothing special and way over priced!! – Being new to Austin, I decided to try this place out since they got such rave reviews. I was sorely disappointed. I called ahead to find out how much everything was going to cost and then ended up getting the bait and switch. They quoted me $24 for a pink and white fill then ended getting charged an extra $4 to cut down my nails. What in the world? Are you kidding me? I loved this nail salon! – Crystal Nails is an excellent nail salon. It's an extremely clean shop with very competent, professional nail technicians. Great atmosphere, with multiple flat-screen TVs. They provided personal service, sterilized nail implements, and an awesome manicure and spa pedicure. The prices are an incredible value. I understand why this salon makes the Citysearch Top 10 list. I have now officially changed nail salons. Kudos to Michael and the rest of the staff.

Awesome Job! – I went into Crystal Nails with what I admit is an unusual request for a "half-moon" manicure. Andy helped me and patiently listened to what I wanted done. He was very professional and paid close attention to detail, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere of the salon is so different than anywhere I've been before. Best Solar Nails anywhere – I had to get my nails done for a gala recently for my husband's job and I have to tell you I loved what Andy did. They're so natural and thin that I get asked countless times where I get them done at. I say enough about the new set that I got. Before this I felt like going to get my nails done was such a chore and arduous task but now I'm actually enjoying my experience. Highly recommended.

I can't believe they don't charge more for their services – If you're like me you've to lots of places where you hardly paid anything and the service reflected that or been to a place where you've paid too much and what you got didn't necessarily reflect that. So where is a good happy medium? My answer is Crystal Nails. I'm so glad I found them on the Best of City Search top 10. They are the best hidden thing I've stumbled across in a long time. Worth Every Penny – I'm so tired of being butchered by corner nail shops and was super frustrated looking around on here one day. I wanted something nicer but didn't want to pay the big mark up at fancy spas so I decided to check out Crystal Nails. I have to say that I really enjoyed it, they made me feel so comfortable and relaxing yet providing such an upbeat environment at the same time. It's no wonder they were best of Citysearch's top ten, which is how I found them in the first place. I will for sure be back.

Amazing Salon! – Wow! I would have never imagined how relaxing and fun my experience at Crystal nails would have been. The place was already a little busy when I arrived, but the staff were very friendly and seated me quickly. My spa pedicure was amazing, and the staff was so friendly the whole time. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and coworkers.

Best Pedicure Salon – Seriously. I love coming here to get pedicures, the place is so CLEAN! Always pleasant every time, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
