Dr. Urrea is great but his staff never calls you back about appointments, medical issues or anything. My husband really needs to have s staff that is more responsive. The doctor needs to work on this and make some improvements right away.
While I think Dr Mendoza is awesome there are serious problems with his staff. My husband has had several different tests run in the past year and every time there is either an issue with getting the test scheduled or ever finding out what the results were. Communication is terrible and I spend most of my time calling the office and being told they’ll have someone call me back and no one ever does. Recommend him, but maybe he needs to restaff his office with competent employees that care about his patients.
I am amazed by Dr. Urrea’s thoroughness in his exam of my husband, his extraordinary patience and kindness toward both of us, and then his clear and concise summary explanation of his observations, recommendations and expectations. He is an exceptional neurologist and certainly one-of-a-kind. Tallahassee is fortunate to have him here. His staff was exceptionally cheerful and considerate. That’s a testament to not only the quality of his staff, but to the likelihood that working with him is a pleasure. Rare indeed!
Both Dr Urrea and Patrick are amazing. The office staff are amazing as well. Blessed to have them in Tallahassee with their expertise.
