Very helpful at the beginning. Even sent me home with some sample medication to try out, which helped tremendously. However, poor communication and follow through didn't allow me to continue the treatment through an actual prescription (instead of just the samples). Immensely disappointing, seeing as they did help a whole lot in the beginning. I really don't want to, but I have to swap them out as my primary physician.
Great doctor very patient and kind. Always nice and helpful.

They cancel appointments and don’t call the patient to let them know. I arrived for my appointment to find out that my appointment had been canceled. Very unprofessional. It has happened many times.
