Dr. Ramos is a very compassionate doctor. He spends his time with you and not trying to rush you out the door. You don’t find these kind of Dr’s anymore to be honest.
I went for the 1st time and Saw Casey the NP. In Ca 3yrs from NY and not use to NP’s in place of Dr. anyway Casey was exactly what I needed. She listened. She seemed concerned and did her due diligence. I was very pleased. I hope This momentum continues on
I have been visiting this place for over 16 years. They have always been very professional, and—regarding tests—they draw the blood samples themselves. It is very convenient. I highly recommend them.
Very helpful at the beginning. Even sent me home with some sample medication to try out, which helped tremendously. However, poor communication and follow through didn't allow me to continue the treatment through an actual prescription (instead of just the samples). Immensely disappointing, seeing as they did help a whole lot in the beginning. I really don't want to, but I have to swap them out as my primary physician.
Great doctor very patient and kind. Always nice and helpful.
