They cancel appointments and don’t call the patient to let them know. I arrived for my appointment to find out that my appointment had been canceled. Very unprofessional. It has happened many times.
I’ve been with Dr Ramos for years now and he is the best doctor. When the hospital couldn’t find out what was wrong with me I called him and he called me right back and diagnosed my issue over the phone! What other doctors could do that and He was right! Had to have a surgical procedure right away. I trust him with my life, literally. He is the best. If I could I would rate him a 10! Great personality and takes time with you.
