So I went in due to a accident that occurred on the freeway. The guy rear ended me and told me his breaks won't working . So Jack was the one to approach me when I took it to the shop and told me step by step in how everything would go down. I couldn't be more happier with the customer service and work they did on my car ! He kept me informed 3 times a week on the status of my car. At the end my car looked brand new and I actually am now reconsidering of selling my car and keeping it instead. Thanks Jack !
