RecommendedTook the bread making class and Wow, what an experience! The brunch they served was amazing with so many delicious dishes which I tried a little of it all. Then we learned how to handle dough, form loaves, and baked them in a wood fired oven. We even got to make bonus focaccia! All the while our host entertained us with funny stories of the history of bread. I would love to do it or another class again ASAP
