This was my second visit to this nail salon. My first experience was quite good—I was served by a male technician and was very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, my second visit last week was a completely different story. After a busy day, I had come here hoping to relax, only to find two female staff members sitting at the back of the shop, laughing and talking loudly for most of the time. I have been going to this salon for years. A fee months ago I tried somewhere else because I felt the service was going down. The selection of colors is outdated and the nail techs rush to do your service to get to the next client that hasn't even walked in. I came back a couple weeks ago out of convenience and was very disappointed once again. Had to get an old color that I was sick of but went with because of selection. The first time I came I was really impressed with how thorough coco was with the massage and pampering me. This time around I was in and out within 25 minutes. I Most likely will not be back because I'm a stay at home mom and it's hard for find the time to do something nice for myself. It's very disappointing the inconsistency in service.
