I was referred, by my regular dentist to Dr. Allen, to assess whether I needed a root canal. I was having fleeting pain and cold sensitivity in two of the right-side molars of my lower jaw. This was my first experience dealing with a potential root canal, so I had no idea what to expect and was nervous. I went in today for a consultation. Everyone was so kind, starting with the receptionist, Victoria, the assistant, Jamie, & Dr. Allen. They were very thorough and had my best interest at the front of their minds. The office decor was pleasant and welcoming.
Very kind, compassionate & knowledgeable on all questions I had. I would highly recommend! Awesome staff!
After performing a detailed exam in which she applied cold and pressure to the suspect tooth, the dental tech went thru the xrays that she had taken--slowly and carefully explained everything, including what can go wrong in the root of a tooth and why a root canal is sometimes necessary. The office has the latest in x-ray equipment, including a large wall-mounted screen that displays everything in amazing resolution, including 3D exposures.
