I book appointment and they guys waste my one hour and with appointment I wait so long seriously I tell them I need to go but they donot take it serious
I booked an appointment on line but still waited one hour to see my physician. If you are feeling sick, on line booking means a one or two week wait. Not helpful if you are really sick. I requested a change to a referral. Administration agreed to look after it. It wasn't done and referral office called me and I had to cancel it myself. I requested a correction to this referral by telephone message to Enhanced Care as a follow up to my cancellation. No reply or confirmation. Refused to sign a document so my benefits can cover a brace for my torn achilles which I have full documental proof of. The specialist said I could go to ANY walk-in clinic to get this signed. I have the ultrasound report in my hand to proof the injury yet I was refused. The doctor didn't even look at the papers. Useless.
Got a severe twisted foot with all bruises with no stat X-ray. No call back
