Was seen right away, 5 minutes wait time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got the answers I wanted and the medicine I needed at a 1 stop shop. Will definitely use this walk-in clinic again.
Feeling really sick, throat sore, 38.9 temp. Finally got to this clinic of a Sunday 45 mins before closing....Reception said there is no doctor to look at me at all and has NOT had a doctor, for the entire day! She said you can go to pharmacy. I asked can they diagnose me for cold, flu, or ,COVID etc. answer was no. Looks like they just stayed open to hopefully make money on the pharmacy. I was instantly reminded why I left there clinic in the first place years ago. Wow. Open all day NO Doctor!!! 1 STAR IS TO GENEROUS.

Doctor was very uninterested in actually helping me. He did not look into any of my symptoms and told me if they persisted or got worse to come back. Went to a different clinic the next day and he checked everything properly and found out I had strep throat! Doctor was very irresponsible and seemed like he would rather be anywhere else. Would not go back here
I called ahead and the receptionist was either very young or daft bc when i got there i was told that walk-ins are cut off by 3PM - even though they are open until 6 - which is something that should have been expressed to me being that i called in the morning. However, i do like the fact that they have their own pharmacy on site.
