Would not recommend this hospice. Never received meds that were promised. RN Staff always changing. We had 5 different case managers in 5 months due to nurses quitting. Poor communication. Not at all supportive at during sensitive decline to death time. No daily visits made by the nursing staff in the few days before death. No follow up from any staff after falls. Find a larger hospice with actual staff to care for your loved one during this sensitive time when support is so very much needed.

If I can give 0 star I will definitely do it . This is thé worst Hospic company I have ever work with as an owner of a personal care home . They have zero communication, zero accountability, zero respect towards my client who is their patient . They will make money off my client and bill the insurance but they don’t do what they suppose to do . Don’t register with them . They will come to your business consistently to convince you and boom that it . Don’t go to them pls

I love my encompass family.. They helped my grandmother I'm her final times and again I've called upon them to help my grandfather.. The nurses and social worker and chaplain each of them have been so gracious kind and have shown me the most love throughout these hard times. Any time of the day or night they are there for me. I know the nursing staff is there for my papa. But Mrs. Darcy she has the biggest most understanding heart. She comes by just to check on me to see how I am coping with everything.
