My mother’s hospice journey began in the early months of 2021, with a team of health care professionals from Encompass Health Hospice in Troy, and continued until she passed away in August. This group of individuals included a doctor, nurses, home health aides, social workers, a pastor, support services personnel, and volunteers. Wonderful people.Kathie one of the nurse is the sweetest .she stayed with us till we had everything we need.all the nurses was gently and so sweet with mama.just wonderful care.
