My wife came home from rehab on Wednesday, March 19. Was told someone would try to come on Friday, the 21st. No one called or came. On Sunday, got a message Medicare had approved home care. When I called on Monday AM, person answering said approval had not come. Called back later on Monday PM and was told no approval. I spoke to a supervisor who said she received the approval and as a supervisor she got some info other staff don't receive.
