I got my neice a jewelry box was engraved so Beatiful very pleased. Had a gold inital ring done 15 years ago still happy with it also .

I have never in my life been so disrespected. They got my engraving wrong and said well there's nothing we can do. It had directions on the receipt of how I wanted it done and they messed up. But was told we've had about 900 of these cups and haven't messed up one. Well guess what y'all did mess up. So Thanks.
