I was briefly a patient here. Years later they started scheduling appointments for me that I did not make, and then they were difficult about cancelling the appointments that I didn't make.

Scam vibes. Their call center is clearly located overseas, with staff operating on a script that is centered on extracting payment and dissuading you from verifying coverage with your insurance. I connected with Engrace via ZocDoc, and between these two services, I received 20+ emails, calls, and text prior to my appointment. The barrage was overwhelming and difficult to keep up with (what is essential? What is just...spam?). Avoid if you can.

I found them from psychology today and was able to schedule an appointment for next day. Upon scheduling in the morning they called saying they needed to reschedule me but they had someone available for the time I booked. I was paired with Adedayo Dansu she was very kinda, respectful, and considerate of my time since I was on my break during our appointment. She listened to my needs and gave me right supports and resources for my needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility.
