The provider was late to both meetings, extremely unprofessional, tried to bill me for a full meeting when the provider came 15 minutes late and ended the meeting 10 minutes early. I get that this is a healthcare setting--I work in healthcare too, but if you're not able to commit to a meeting (via Zoom), either cancel once you know you won't be able to make the meeting OR don't take the appointment in the first place. I was briefly a patient here. Years later they started scheduling appointments for me that I did not make, and then they were difficult about cancelling the appointments that I didn't make.
