Felt berated by the woman who roomed me for buying my contacts and glasses online. Please don’t talk down to people. Not all of us are familiar with the ins and outs of eye care. Not to mention the fact that the online company verified my prescription with you last month.
Besides the great experience I have had with English Rows as a client, they have personally donated multiple pairs of glasses to my Lions Club Bellwood Chapter to help those in need

By far the best optometrist I have ever been to. Facility is nice, clean and updated with current technology and style. Staff members are super helpful and professional. The staff seems to be a reflection of Dr. Alan which is a good thing. Eyeware quality is great! I've been to places where I wasn't so pleased with my eyeware. If you have children, this office is set-up nicely to keep them occupied if their not being serviced. They have their own little area in the waiting area and their own cute little TV too!
