As a member of evom it's great to have English Racing there contributing to the community and advise you on any question you might have, on personal note bought plenum spacer from them and had a technical question so called them and got an answer right away that's A+ service in my book.
These guys are great I recommend them hands down best place I have been for tuning :)
Went in for timing belt change and also speed density tune on the dyno along with a few other installs for the evo 9. Have to say the customer service was awesome. They have Xbox and Netflix if you have a job for your car that takes all day like mine, and even a mitsubishi mirage they let me take to get breakfast and drive around while they worked on my car. The tune is good so far, no bogging on cold start or at lights. Everything runs smooth and sounds killer. These guys are the best. Will definitely be returning.
