DO NOT MOVE HERE I’ve lived in this apartment since September 2022 and there are some pros and cons about this building. I’ll start with the pros. It’s a really nice neighborhood, about a 15 minute walk from the Wissahickon trails, and the neighbors in the area are relatively nice. Now as for the cons about the building. Good value, quiet, mgt helpful, quick maintenance! I moved in on 6/1/22 and have had a great experience so far, it's very clean, very quiet, the apartment is large and the wood floors are fabulous. I do miss a dishwasher, but for the price, this is definitely the place for me. Recommend!
