English Maids has been cleaning our house for over a year now and I have never been disappointed with them. We had tried two other cleaning companies before finding them and were immediately disappointed with the results from the others. Plus the English Maids super star Rochelle loves our dog!
Paid $378 for a 3.5hr "deep cleaning." Had to call 3 times, first to book and twice more to confirm my appointment after no contact by email or text for a week after initial call Pros: Employees prompt and polite. Got a follow up call the next day by "Liz" to see how things went. Con: lack of attention to detail. Missed a number of items, including ones specifically mentioned on their website. After surgery, I had no idea how I would be able to keep my house clean. English Maids came through for me with a deep cleaning followed by scheduled cleanings every two weeks. I so appreciate that they are always on time, clean every room thoroughly and are able to work around my pets. Their prices are so reasonable and no contract to sign.
