Paid $378 for a 3.5hr "deep cleaning." Had to call 3 times, first to book and twice more to confirm my appointment after no contact by email or text for a week after initial call Pros: Employees prompt and polite. Got a follow up call the next day by "Liz" to see how things went. Con: lack of attention to detail. Missed a number of items, including ones specifically mentioned on their website. After surgery, I had no idea how I would be able to keep my house clean. English Maids came through for me with a deep cleaning followed by scheduled cleanings every two weeks. I so appreciate that they are always on time, clean every room thoroughly and are able to work around my pets. Their prices are so reasonable and no contract to sign.
