We serve several loose leaf blends of tea from the Jasmine Pearl Tea Company, and have lunches of soup, salads, sandwiches and quiche, plus our in house baker makes wonderful desserts from scratch including cakes, cookies, scones, florentines, scones, macarons, and seasonal items. We also serve High Teas by reservation.

The tea and snacks are delicious here. Friendly and helpful staff. They were open to listen to me just chat with them. This is one hidden gem in the Portland Metro area that I discovered today. I can't wait to come back again either alone or with friends.
This place is such a gem......my favorite place for lunch!!!!! The ladies are so lovely and kind too!!!!
We had a wonderful time at this darling place recently. Our group was four adults and four children. We made reservations for five High Teas and three Princess Charlottes. We all wore hats and fascinators with pretty dresses. They even matched the tea pots to our choice of tea. So lavender rose tea was in a purple pot and peach tea was in a peach pot and so forth. The place was much bigger inside than we thought looking from the outside. Great service and a memorable experience. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

The staff at the English Garden Tea Café was wonderful, the food was tasty, the atmosphere fun making the entire experience fabulous.
i will say the staff is very nice. The tea was weak, not a lot of taste to it, and they were out of the one my daughter, whose Birthday we were celebrating wanted. The food was okay, and although they claim it is made on sight, I'm not so sure. First course, soup, seemed to be Campbells soup from a can. The fruit cup was canned, diced peaches.
