We serve several loose leaf blends of tea from the Jasmine Pearl Tea Company, and have lunches of soup, salads, sandwiches and quiche, plus our in house baker makes wonderful desserts from scratch including cakes, cookies, scones, florentines, scones, macarons, and seasonal items. We also serve High Teas by reservation.

The owner of the restaurant was friendly and even though my guest and I arrived late, she kept the restaurant open later to serve us. The tea, sandwiches and scones were delicious. The decor was charming, as well. I'd highly recommend The English Garden Tea Cafe. 😊
I have no idea who my server was today but I will say that she was extremely disrespectful and I would not recommend this place simply because of her service. The tea was subpar at best. Each one of us ordered a different type of tea and each one of us were highly disappointed in our tea. Not only was there little to no taste but the lavender rose tea that we ordered tasted like lavender watered down. And the honey tea literally tasted like bear honey, not great at all. Two friends and I enjoyed afternoon "high" tea and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The sandwiches, savories, desserts and tea were all excellent, the presentation memorable and the service was above average. I was surprised to find a selection of tea hats also available (in case you forgot your own). So many choices, we couldn't try them all, so we will be back again!
Such a sweet little place to have lunch and tea. I enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich and the orange spice tea. For the prices I thought there ought to be more filling in the sandwiches. {My daughter's "kid" sandwich had one slice of ham and one slice of cheese with mayo on white bread for $4. Anything else on the side was an extra amount. One scoop of chicken salad for my son was $2. I have been sad since two tea places near me closed. This is a drive for me, but I am glad I went. The tea was hot, robust and strong, exactly how I like it. The scone was light, fluffy and delicious. Clotted cream was divine! Will definitely be back!
