We serve several loose leaf blends of tea from the Jasmine Pearl Tea Company, and have lunches of soup, salads, sandwiches and quiche, plus our in house baker makes wonderful desserts from scratch including cakes, cookies, scones, florentines, scones, macarons, and seasonal items. We also serve High Teas by reservation.

Lovely atmosphere, really good food and great tea!
They offer so many teas it was hard to decide! The waitress was super helpful and sensitive to the fact I'm gluten intolerant.
Lovely, quiet spot! We stumbled upon this place while out running some errands. It was a nice stop for a delicious sandwich and cup of tea! A nice respite in a crazy world for my daughter and I.
Baked items are good and I love the selection of teas and they have good sandwiches as well. Charming little restaurant and good for a chat with friends.

The English Garden Tea Cafe is such a quaint place and a lovely appointed atmosphere. Our waitress was very helpful and the food was fresh and yummy! I had the ham and cheese quiche with salad and it was great!
Sweep yourself away to an English countryside just off of 82nd. If you want to feel immersed in English culture find yourself here on a typical afternoon. The tea is hot the food is delicious and the service is sublime. It’s a true Clackamas must see.
I so wanted it to be good- taking my granddaughter. The tea part was great. The scone was a hard as a rock and as dry and the chicken salad and turkey sandwiches were tasteless and lacking ingredients. Very sparse and unfortunately we didn’t finish our food. Please note website is outdated. Prices are considerably higher!!! - I am sorry it wasn’t good. She liked the tea and we said if we went back we would try a $2.00 cookie.
