I went to Englewood Hospital at Imaging in Jersey City to get a catscan of the heart and an echocardiogram. Since I arrived Juana Morales was super welcoming and very accommodating. Then Anne arrived and explained to me that since my pulse was high she was going to have to give me medicine until my pulse dropped to a 60. She made sure she checked with the doctor to see what to do next every step of the way. This review details my experience during a scheduled mammogram appointment this morning at the Englewood, Journal Square location.Prior to the appointment, I received at least three phone calls, the last of which was a request for permission for Englewood to obtain my previous imaging records from another center. I granted this permission, and was informed that the images could take a couple of days to be released, which would delay the review of my new exam. I love how treated there n they keep me informed of my appointments coming up or due
-0 stars! THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT! I was billed 4k for an ultrasound! 4K!!! Since they bill like a hospital, my insurance did not cover. No warning, no contacting the patients insurance to see if it is covered, nothing. And the worst part is that THEY DONT CARE! RUN!
