Never pick up and we’re rude to my mom
Wish I could give this a 1. I arrived at 850 for a 9 am appointment. Checked in and took my seat. I then, patiently, waited while at least 20 people were taken before me. I rationalized it by thinking they were getting other tests. I listened to the 3 employee at the reception desk talk with each other about nonsense and a tech (eventually mine) came in and out to bs while I sat there in plane sight.
