Teach some basic professionalism and manners. Nearly impossible to reach any of the staff or deliver message regarding patient's prescription and got hung up 6 times. Receptionists are terrible at taking message and often write down wrong medication name or ask for simple spelling 4-5 times. This is the worst office I worked with
I received no notice of a bill I owed and got an email from collections after having been to the office and paid other bills. Very frustrating. Also this is less their fault with the status of insurance, but $90 for a 15 minute visit is outrageous.
I waited 90 minutes after coming in on time
Everyone was nice wait time about 15 minutes
