Great service department - I have had my Suburban serviced hear for a number of years now (a 2005). They take great care of it. Lenny, John and Rick are helpful, direct and honest. Artie provides rides when you drop your car off and is always cheerful and helpful. They have been able to fix things that other mechanics have told me I just had to live with. Highly recommend them.
WOW! What a dealership. Ace Brennan was phenomenal. He was very attentive, professional and anticipated our every question. My husband I went to Englewood Auto Group for a new car for our son as a Christmas present (Chrevrolet Cruze). The transaction couldn't have been easier. We lost our Buick Enclave after Hoboken got flooded. I called up Ed at Englewood Auto Group and he was able to quickly find me a replacement. This is the second new vehicle purchase I made there and the excellent, hassle free service will have me coming back. Highly recommended.
EXCELLENT SALES/SERVICE!!!! I Recently bought a used GMC Tahoe from this dealership for my wife, who is currently expecting with our third child. We LOVE the car! Everyone we dealt with, from sales to financial to service were courteous and accomodating. They jumped through hoops to get us a loan on OUR terms. We have brought the car in for routine service twice, and could not be more satisied with our experience. This is a great dealership and we will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come!
FALSE ADVERTISING - HARD SELLS - AVOID – They advertised a Pontiac G6 for $11,961. My girlfriend and I call and ask if the car is available and confirm the price. We show up, test drive and agree to buy it. We don't even try to haggle. They hand us a paper to sign stating a cost of over $14,000 (plus tax)! We ask why the price of the car went up over $2000. ****BEWARE**** DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM – ****BEWARE**** After confirming they had the specific car I wanted to look at the night before my appointment and driving an hour and a half through the snow, I arrived first thing in the morning at the dealership to rude personal and a salesman who informed me that the car was sold and wanted only to talk to me about selling me something that I didn’t want. Typical games that give car salesmen a bad reputation. Scumbags. If I could give them negative stars I would!
Very Good Experience – I had a very good experience with this dealership! I originally came in looking for a certified used Chevy Tahoe. When i walked into the dealership a salesman greeted me very politely and showed me around. After telling him what i was looking for he began to show me benefits of both the used and leasing a brand new one.
