Classes are amazing and individualized for each person to help you achieve your goals faster. Staff is great all around!
I love the atmosphere! And it's amazing the all around care that is giving to you at EP. If your not feeling 100% coming out of class your able to receive corrective workouts to help your pain or rock tape applications or even soft tissue therapy! I can already feel my body become overall healthier and stronger and it's only been 3 weeks of 3x a week! Coach Billy and Dr. Joey are amazing!
I hurt my back three weeks ago, again! This one was different, it never got better... till today. Thanks to Joey, Hanna, laser therapy, some behaverier tweaks and magic tape I'm feeling so much better. Very impressed with their professionalism and and empathy for that bad back I had this morning.
My experience at Engineered Per4mance has been so encouraging and FUN! I am treated like an individual, with unique fitness needs and abilities, and the programming is tailored to fit those. It is truly a quality over quantity experience and never a "one size fits all" approach, like I've experienced at other gyms. As a former college athlete, turned mom to 5, I love the variety of classes, always being challenged, AND feeling like I'm a part of the EP "team!"
I love working out at EP it has been the best experience I have had working out. I would recommend Engineered Per4mance to anyone who wants a great work out and results.
