RecommendedHighly recommend! My daughters (ages 12 and 15) worked out here over the summer. It was a great experience for both of them! Both were able to work on strength training during the summer basketball season, and it certainly helped them prepare for the upcoming soccer season. Thank you to all the wonderful staff! We will be back!
Engineered Performance...my son’s ‘home away from home’ during his high school years. This place and its fabulous trainers did SO much for my son (Jaxon) to help him excel on the basketball court. He was able to get ahead in the off season, and maintain during the season. Their time at EP was a huge part of he and his teammates’ 4A State Championship title. The staff are second to none and what they have done for Jaxon is immeasurable. He will definitely be back during any/all college breaks.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been going to EP on and off for roughly 4 years for various injuries and rehabilitation. As soon as I started going to EP, it immediately felt like home. The staff is highly knowledgeable, constantly furthering their knowledge and craft. 5 stars! Love this place! Amazing place to workout and achieve your fitness goals. As someone who has been through many fitness programs, this is by far my favorite. All the instructors and staff are passionate about what they are doing and care about you achieving your goals. Love the results I have going here. Highly recommend checking out Engineered Per4mance!

Got into a Car Accident and was suggested to come to this place, I just finished my last day today and I can’t say anything but great things! Emily is amazing and very personable which I love! Every single other provider treated me the same, remembered me. Also, the best treatment I could receive, I was unable to do daily tasks after my car accident, and they got my back to normal, if not better and more motivated to keep going! Thank you so much for providing great service, i will recommend to everyone I know! 😊🏻
Engineered Per4mance is a hidden gem! An incredibly knowledgeable staff and a state of the art facility... what more could you want? I have dealt with neck/back pain for many years and have seen other physicians and chiropractors for advice.
