Bought a new Husqvarna zero turn from Engine Masters. Salesman, ***, was super informative but never made me feel pressured into buying. I was torn between buying from a dealer, or buying from a box store like Lowes. However, *** sold me with the priority service offered to customers who purchase their equipment from Engine Masters. Tried to get a small engine serviced, after two weeks I could not get a call back, went to the store and work had not been done, had to wait 30 minutes to get my generator returned. No apology, no explanation. Terrible experience, rude and totally unconcerned people. Never again.
