Tried to stop order next the next morning, told ticket already printed, and once that is done it is set in stone. Sorry, but I don't believe that.
We bought a spinal on ****** from Engine Masters when we received it it was damaged we called and spoke to April she apologized for it and sent us a return tag and shooed a replacement out. GREAT customer service will be doing business again with Engine Masters.
I ordered new spindles for my MZ52LE, one of the three was damaged in shipping. I called Engine Masters of Henderson and was surprised by the awesome customer service. Overall an excellent experience with really nice and informative employees. I would definitely recommend this business for any parts needed

Bought part off ****** and it had a short in it. Returned and now they refuse to refund money because they said it's damaged, while that's why I sent it back. Bad business
I had a great experience at Engine Masters. Bought a zero turn mower there about a year and a half ago. Had them pick it up to service it. Pick up/delivery driver was friendly and professional. I was contacted within a few days letting me know that it was ready and what my balance was. It was delivered back to my home and I couldn't be happier. Had a great experience with engine masters. Brought my mower in for a service before the busy season, and upon inspection the mechanic found a belt that was in bad shape because of a messed up pulley. Since my mower was fairly new, they called me and asked when I purchased my mower, and if I still had my proof of purchase. I was able to email my receipt to one of the associates, and got a new belt and pulley put on without having to pay out of pocket. It took 43 days to fix my power washer after inquiring at the wf store 4 times and numerous visits to the store in person. Always received the same answer their mechanic was backed up or some other excuse. You expect a business to be truthful and honest instead of giving all kinds of excuses or false info. Would never recommend this business or their customer service.
I had a great experience at Engine Masters. Bought a Push Mower from there about a year ago. Brought it in or service and was back to me within a few days. The service was fantastic i was contacted as soon as they knew what all had to be done to it, and was informed on how much it would be and when it would be complete. I was very happy with the customer service from start to finish!!! Great place to do business!!!
